bluma project will happily accept unworn or defective merchandise, with tags attached in original packaging, for a full refund or exchange within 14 days from the purchase date. Items cannot be returned after 14 days of the purchase date.
Sale merchandise marked "final sale" is not refundable or exchangeable, all other sale items may be returned.
Please note: Shipping and handling costs on returned items are non-refundable.
We are unable to process returns for any bluma project items purchased from an outside retailer.
*Upon receipt of returned goods, bluma project reserves the right to deny the refund if the merchandise does not meet policy standards.
