RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

bluma project will happily accept unworn or defective merchandise, with tags attached in original packaging, for a full refund or exchange within 7 days from the purchase date. Items cannot be returned after 7 days of the purchase date.

Sale merchandise is final sale and is not refundable or exchangeable.

Please note: Shipping and handling costs on returned items are non-refundable.

We are unable to process returns for any bluma project items purchased from an outside retailer.

*Upon receipt of returned goods, bluma project reserves the right to deny the refund if the merchandise does not meet policy standards.
